Meditation Course - Learn to Meditate Online is a comprehensive yet simple learn to meditate course that deals with the basics of meditation. This material has been prepared by Jogyata Dallas - a student of Sri Chinmoy since 1980 who has been teaching meditation since 1982.

This material will be especially helpful for those unable to personally attend our free meditation classes. Included in the structure of the online course are sections dealing with the benefits of meditation, a structured programme of simple exercises and explanations for the beginner and further material for those already practising. The course is peppered with helpful suggestions and tips, and offers a warmth that has become the hallmark of Jogyata's teaching style - a reflection of his own personal commitment to meditation and the teachings of Sri Chinmoy.
